Hi Linuxreaders,
to tell the truth, RSS feed are already accessible via this link: http://www.ilsistemista.net:8080/index.php?format=feed&type=rss

Theoretically, any modern browser should recognize this embedded link and show to the user a "feed subscription" button. However, with Mozilla Firefox at least, this button is hidden inside a menu.

So, I enabled a visible link to RSS feed. Thank you for your suggestion.

Regards.

Does anyone have hardware recommendations regarding high end desktop computers for doing fea analysis. Currently we do a lot of work with Algor/Autodesk Mechaical Simulation. We mostly just do structural work.

My current machine has 16GB of ram and it gets full when running larger models or models with fine meshes. After the ram gets full the processor usage drops. I would like a computer that is ideal for doing fea analysis with this software or other sofware. We also use Catia.

I'm thinking more ram, more processors( not sure which type or brand), maybe a solid state drive, maybe a certain graphics card, maybe better ram or a different motherboard might help. I'm willing to try things but need to get a good recommendation based on testing first.

I have searched the internet a lot and can't find much at all on this.

I understand FPU and integer calcs are important.

Thanks
Tim
